Who is Fashion SVP for?

Fashion SVP is a trade-only event for professionals working in fashion sourcing, manufacturing, product development, and retail. Whether you’re a buyer, designer, brand founder, or sourcing specialist, this is your space to connect, discover, and grow.

How do I register?

You can register online via the Fashion SVP website to secure your free entry badge.

How much does it cost to attend?

Fashion SVP is free to attend for all pre-registered trade visitors.

Are there age restrictions?

Visitors must be 16 years or older.

How will I receive my badge?

Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your entry badge will be emailed to you one week before the show—no app required.

Can I bring my dog?

Only guide dogs and registered assistance animals are permitted inside the venue.

Can I attend seminars?

Absolutely. Fashion SVP features a curated programme of talks and panels led by industry experts. All sessions are free with your entry badge and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to secure your seat.

Is there Wi-Fi at the show?

Yes, Olympia London offers free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the venue.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, cloakroom facilities are available. Items can be stored for £1–£2 each, but suitcases and large luggage cannot be accepted.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. All exhibitor stands and seminar spaces are wheelchair accessible. Olympia also offers additional support services, including mobility equipment and induction loops, which can be arranged in advance.

What if I need First Aid?

If you require medical assistance, please speak to a member of security or visit the Organisers’ Office. Trained staff will be on hand to help.

Are there food and drink options?

Yes, there are multiple food and drink outlets throughout the hall, offering everything from light snacks to hot meals.

Can I take photos at the show?

Photography is welcome, but please ask permission before photographing individual stands or products.

Can I hand out leaflets or promotional material?

Only registered exhibitors may distribute marketing materials. Non-exhibitors are not permitted to hand out leaflets, brochures, or samples.

Is there a quiet space to relax?

Yes, if you need a break from the buzz, visit the Sensory Calm Space located on the ground floor. It’s a peaceful area designed for reflection, reset, or private conversation

Are there seating areas?

Yes, there are plenty of seating areas throughout the show—from cafés and bars to dedicated networking zones. Many exhibitors stand also offer seating for more in-depth conversations.
