Please note that seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, we recommend arriving shortly before the scheduled start time to guarantee your place.

  • Is there a cloakroom?
    Yes, cloakroom facilities are available. Items can be stored for £1–£2 each, but suitcases and large luggage cannot be accepted.
  • Is the venue accessible?
    Yes. All exhibitor stands and seminar spaces are wheelchair accessible. Olympia also offers additional support services, including mobility equipment and induction loops, which can be arranged in advance.
  • What if I need First Aid?

  • Are there food and drink options?

  • Can I hand out leaflets or promotional material?
    Only registered exhibitors may distribute marketing materials. Non-exhibitors are not permitted to hand out leaflets, brochures, or samples.

    Yes, if you need a break from the buzz, visit the Sensory Calm Space located on the ground floor. It’s a peaceful area designed for reflection, reset, or private conversation
