Elissa is known for building high performing teams and developing long term partnerships with suppliers, helping businesses balance commercial performance with responsible production. With a background in growth marketing and data driven decision making, Renato focuses on helping retail organisations translate complex data into practical insights that support smarter commercial decisions across both physical and digital retail environments. He holds a postgrad qualification in Business Intelligence and Big Data Analytics from the University of Milano- Bicocca and is a certified PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner through AXELOS. Professor Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas is Professor of Marketing and Sustainable Fashion and Course Director for the MBA Fashion Business & Entrepreneurship at Ravensbourne University London. An internationally recognised educator and thought leader, her work focuses on sustainability, ethics and responsible business as drivers of long-term value for fashion companies. With a background in luxury fashion and teaching experience across Asia, Europe and the United States, Natascha’s research spans sustainable fashion, consumer behaviour, cultural heritage and international fashion marketing. She is Co-Author of Fashion Management: A Strategic Approach and Editor-in-Chief of Bloomsbury Fashion Business Cases. Her work supports sustainability literacy and responsible leadership aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. At FASHION SVP, Natascha will lead a thought provoking session entitled “Can Fashion Save the World?”, exploring the industry’s potential to create meaningful environmental and social impact.

With over 30 years of experience, she has designed and developed collections for luxury fashion and hospitality — from her early career with English Eccentrics to creating bespoke uniform and textile collections for heritage institutions, palaces, private members’ clubs, and leading venues — from Bills Restaurants to Buckingham Palace — as well as performers including Toyah Wilcox. Ross Alexander is the CEO of Green Threads DPP, a sustainability-focused technology company specialising in Digital Product Passports (DPP) for the fashion and apparel industry. With over 25 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across consumer-facing businesses, he brings deep expertise in product development, supply chains and commercial growth.

Runs Common Objective (CO) Tech, a technology company dedicated to advancing business action on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2024 she was awarded “Tech Entrepreneur for Europe” by Globant, the global leader in AI-driven digital transformation. Prior to founding Common Objective (CO), she launched the Ethical Fashion Forum, the global industry body for sustainable fashion, founded and ran a fair trade brand sourcing from Bangladesh, and worked as an architect in the shanty towns of Phnom Penh and for Habitat for Humanity.

Until 2014 Harold Tillman was Chairman of the British Fashion Council, during which time he was also the owner of major brands Jaeger and Aquascutum. Harold then went on to co-found the Ethical Fashion Forum, creating a hub for small businesses to learn and get support for manufacturing and supply in ethical and sustainable ways. He is a generous student advocate and created a personal Scholarship Fund for 50 students of London College of Fashion, UAL in 2006 to enable them to continue their studies to post graduate level. Harold is also an alumnus of LCF.

Paul Alger MBE is an International Business Director at the UK Fashion and Textile Association (UKFT), the industry’s leading trade association. In this role, he has worked extensively with designers, manufacturers, and retailers to expand their global reach, helping British brands access key overseas markets. His efforts have been particularly focused on building partnerships in Europe, Asia, and North America, as well as navigating the evolving challenges of international trade. Over the course of his career, he has been closely associated with promoting British design talent, strengthening international trade relationships and supporting the growth of fashion and textile brands and manufacturers both domestically and abroad. Beyond his formal roles, he is an advocate for the creative industries, frequently contributing insights on export strategy, sustainability, and industry development.
