Head of Sustainability, FatFace
Elissa Lloyd is Head of Sustainability at FatFace and a highly experienced sourcing, quality and ethical supply chain specialist. She has built a strong track record within fast paced fashion organisations, supporting periods of significant commercial growth while strengthening responsible sourcing practices. Her expertise spans ethical supply chains, quality management and global sourcing strategy. Elissa is known for building high performing teams and developing long term partnerships with suppliers, helping businesses balance commercial performance with responsible production. At FASHION SVP, Elissa will share practical insights in her session “Is Sustainability a Good Way of Doing Business?” examining how responsible sourcing strategies can support both resilience and profitability across modern fashion supply networks.
Development Lead, COS
Renato Morra is a Product Manager specialising in customer and consumer analytics at COS, where he works across European, US and APAC markets to develop and measure omnichannel marketing strategies. With a background in growth marketing and data driven decision making, Renato focuses on helping retail organisations translate complex data into practical insights that support smarter commercial decisions across both physical and digital retail environments. He holds a postgrad qualification in Business Intelligence and Big Data Analytics from the University of Milano- Bicocca and is a certified PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner through AXELOS. At FASHION SVP, Renato will share perspectives on how technology, data and methodology can support more effective decision making and growth for modern fashion businesses.
Professor, Ravensbourne University
Professor Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas is Professor of Marketing and Sustainable Fashion and Course Director for the MBA Fashion Business & Entrepreneurship at Ravensbourne University London. An internationally recognised educator and thought leader, her work focuses on sustainability, ethics and responsible business as drivers of long-term value for fashion companies. With a background in luxury fashion and teaching experience across Asia, Europe and the United States, Natascha’s research spans sustainable fashion, consumer behaviour, cultural heritage and international fashion marketing. She is Co-Author of Fashion Management: A Strategic Approach and Editor-in-Chief of Bloomsbury Fashion Business Cases. Her work supports sustainability literacy and responsible leadership aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. At FASHION SVP, Natascha will lead a thought provoking session entitled “Can Fashion Save the World?”, exploring the industry’s potential to create meaningful environmental and social impact.
Founder, Bespoke Textiles
Katie Young is an award-winning fashion and textile designer, conscious sourcing expert, and author of The Textile Touch. With over 30 years of experience, she has designed and developed collections for luxury fashion and hospitality — from her early career with English Eccentrics to creating bespoke uniform and textile collections for heritage institutions, palaces, private members’ clubs, and leading venues — from Bills Restaurants to Buckingham Palace — as well as performers including Toyah Wilcox. Founder of Bespoke Textiles and her vintage-inspired label ForeverYoung, Katie is known for building ethical, tailored supply chains and creating distinctive collections that elevate both brand identity and wearer experience.
